Generally it's positive, but I have gained five pounds in just one month, and I'm getting a little bit worried.

I work hard, five days a week, maybe more, I get a good workout every day, sometimes twice. My body image is this, "Im allright, but, I need to work on my pecs a little more..."

I look like I should be playing a defensive lineman for the Baltimore Ravens.

I've got some curves and I could use more exercise - I am ok with it but I know what I need to do to reach my desired appearence.

I just lost 18 pounds. I will leave the rest of it up to your imagination. LOL

I am slim and pretty fit a bit too big up top . I go to the gym, and dance classes at least 3 times a week. Some of the bodies there make me realise I have a way to go to get back as fit and toned as I was a couple of years ago.

I have Body Dysmorphic Disorder. So it's obvious that my body image would be skewed.
