kick the crap out of them when they piss you off and then apologise, you never meant to do that.

Passive aggressive is very difficult to be with because you can never truly trust what they say to you. It's not that they outright lie, they just say what they think you want to hear and then go off in a totally different direction. I'd need to know more about the problem before I could make any suggestions.

You don't. You're there to work, not make friends.

You dont handle supervisors, they handle you. You do your job to the best of your ability and ask for help if you dont know how to do something and you stay off their radar.

I'd listen to my supervisor or find a new job.
