i've heard they do seeing as they stretch the muscle and can tare it from stressed pull. you're better off just getting the surgery. they'll snip a muscle i beleive that pulls your penis in and pushes it out based on weather etc. its allegedly supposed to add 3 inches but im fine with average.

are they safe to use?? yes if it's done correctly and do they work??? same answer, yes if it's done correctly. Make sure you start with a low pressure and resist the temptation to "overpump".Mostly the gains you will experience will be girth and only a little in the length.I like to use a penis extender or "stretcher" before I use the pump to get both length and thickness....downside is the thickness from the pump is temporary and will return to normal after several hours
