  • Try to not do heavy butt exercises anymore (i'm assuming you were weight training your butt muscles.) Instead focus more on cardio exercises like running or playing sports.   • Dude I understand Your pain, I have a personal trainer and he gave me a workout regime that increased my but size. I was initially very excited about it because it looked real sexy and round. But like you I started getting concerned about it getting too large. Already I have had to increase my pant size from a 30 inch to a 34 despite the fact my stomach is even flatter than before the but just eats all the pant up. I yalked to my trainer about it, and he told me not to worry, but now your post as aroused my concern. The trouble is now I am addicted to stressing these muscles I am constantly clenching them throughout the day because of the pleasure they give. Now though I am going to have to try and cool it a bit.
