Yes! I was invited over to my Step-Grandpa's house...he's Irish. He makes it every year but I've decided to spend it with my b/f's family and try his mom's Corned Beef. Hope she can top Patrick McKoen's goodness

Oh hell no! As a vegetarian all I can think of is dead stuff and farts when you even say that! I'm making a mushroom and rice casserole with brocolli for tonight. There is no Irish in me (nor has there ever been, nyah nyah nyah). I am wearing a big thick sweater that I got in Dublin if that counts.

Oh hell yes. I honestly don't like it at all, but it's part of what you do. My grandfather used to make it for me every year, and I always thought it was the coolest thing ever. But yes, The Departed is playing on a loop in my house and my neighbors house and a bunch of my friends decided to pay me a visit - so there is lots of green beer to be drank, or to be drunk...I think it's the last one. But I digress: I love this holiday.
