Where can you find the regulation/field manual/DA Pam that covers the propery courtesy when a ranking officer enters a military treatment facility? Is it to call "at ease" since patient care is taking place?

I belive nothing is called, If I was a patient and my officer came in I would not and have not come to attention, and I've been visited by the CO of my Regement in the hospital before. I think he'd know weather I was suposed to or not.

I know DA PAM 600-20 address call "at ease" in a dining facility, however, I believe the same courtesy/rule applies in the Aid Station, but I can't find anywhere that specifically addresses the aid station.
