  • Yes and yes!
  • Yep I sure do and know their names and all their kids names and all their pets too.
  • No. The ones on the right are the drugies and the ones on the left are the weirdos. Need I say more?
  • Yes I do, thanks for asking !!
  • The neighbours on one side are nice people but we don't talk much, mostly to return the socks my cats steal off them. The neighbours on the other side could leave anytime they like.
  • I love my peeps. Viet Namese, African American, Mexican, Caucasian. They're great.
  • No. If I could I would force my neighbors to reexamine the end of my baseball bat. For the past week I have been woken up at anywhere between 1-4 AM by their incredibly loud music. The problem was solved last night, but it is incredibly irritating.
  • I never really had any grandparents, and my kids are growing up without grandparents too, so we got to know all of our elderly neighbors. They are wonderful, caring, and considerate people who sometimes need a friendly ear to talk to. Most are widowed and alone so they love the company. We tried to get to know other people, but they were stand-off-ish and snobby so we stopped trying.
  • yes we know all our neighbors and by name and we keep an eye out to make sure their ok as we have some older ones ...no we are not nosey at all and would never be ...just trying to do the right thing
  • I live in a cul de sac with 17 houses and we all know each other. We have quarterly BBQs to make sure we catch up with each other.
  • Yes. I like my neighbors. One of them is facing 20 years in prison I just found out. I have no clue for what & he didn't say but he was always nice to me so I'll miss him
  • Yes my neighbours are great, I live in a close community, have done for 20 years seen their kids grow up and so on.I'm even godfather to one of the kids.
  • I know some of their names and I've acknowledged most of their existences, even though I've forgotten their names already.
  • I sure do. The ones to the right of us anyway. The ones on our left like to make us listen to their music over the sound of our tv!
  • I know most of their first names, and yes I do care about them. They are nice people.
  • I haven't seen my neighbors in 2 months and I have no idea what their names are.
  • We're not friends or anything, and I know their first names.
  • You bet!! Who else will you borrow eggs from when you are out?!
  • I call him gary he told me it's not his name but it's what i call him
  • YES! That is how neighborhoods and communities are formed and grow. I would not live somewhere where I dint have a relationship with neighbors. And I would never raise a family in any other atmosphere. My kids have several "gramma's" or street nannies
  • I live in a small community, so I know most of them by name. It pays to know the ones that live next door to you and try and get on with them,It makes any little problems that can crop up easier to deal with.
  • I have to say I do, we have to look out for one another its kinda like driven you look out for other cars and by doing so you are looking out for yourself to...my neighbor use to get abuse and we called the cops for her annonymously of course, then she started selling tamales (wish didn't taste good at all) but because we wanted to help her put some money in her pocket, maybe to get away from the bastard we bought it every time she knock on our door....so yes I look out for my neighbors. (specially older people, kids and females)
  • Good for you!
  • No. I have been living there for nearly 2 years. I even have no idea about who r my neighbours. I would like to communicate with them. But I found that their doors are closed all the time. So how can i talk to them. I am not that rude to knock their doors, talking something they r not interested at all.... Actually, i don no much about the Australian culture.
  • I know some of their names. But there are some people u just don't care about & wish they would move out! And there are some that u do car about.
  • well we live in an apartment complex our neighbors to the right of us are awesome we are great friends but some of the other neighbors...ehhh not so much!
  • I know the ones on three sides. The one on the other side just moved in
  • I love my neighbors and know them well. They are all family, both houses worth. There are also 2 vacation homes here and I know one family by name, very nice people from the city. The other place has new owners and I don't know them well other than they like to target practice, even late at night :-( Down the road, I know my closest driving neighbor by name and she's also very nice.
  • WHEN I lived in a neighborhood, I did know the names of them and their whole families, animals included...even tho' we were a source of gossip and dislike...sadly enough. I'm in the country now. NO neigh's, but am moving back, HELP!
  • I do care but I have no time to talk to them... I think my husband knows their names though, maybe?
  • Yes. The ones right next door to us are good, trusted friends. We know just about everyone on our section of the street.
  • Nope and Nope!
  • I care indeed, but they have odd sounding Spanish names I can NEVER remember..It's big kid, big girl, little girl, kid with the glasses, the mom and the dad. We talk a lot, but for the life of me I cannot remember any of their names. The kids are great..cheerful, happy, polite..not really helpful, but good kids.
  • They're ok... not noisy, say hello when you see them, let you know in advance if they have to do anything disruptive... could be much worse!
  • I am very close to each of my neighbors. They are elderly and I help them with flower planting, mowing and if sick, go to the store for them. We are a close nit area!! +5
  • Fine for the ones on either sied of me. The ones around the block I do not know.
  • Nice! Quiet! Polite! And smiles all the time!
  • On one side, they're friendly & courteous. But, the neighbors on the other side are obnoxious, loud and rude. The only way to avoid bad neighbors is to live on the top of hill out in the country somewhere! Not really an option!
  • i m lucky.they are god gift for me.too much love for me.5
  • they are misers and non co-operative!
  • I have some real good neighbors, I really do. We look out for each other.
