• I'd call your vet ASAP. How old is the dog?
  • If she has had access to rawhide your vet or an emergency clinic NOW. She may have an impacted bowel or intestine. Depending upon when this started, when she last had a normal bowel relative to exactly how urgent this is at this time. Personally, I go with better safe than sorry...WE can't see your dog, or take her temp or look at her mucus membranes...we are working blind here... The butt scooting COULD BE related to impacted Anal glands (NOT a real common problem with this breed...but it can happen!) I say at the least, call and speak to a VET TODAY. (unless she poops in the next 15 minutes).
