check all hoses and connections from the turbo,to the charge air cooler.have the charge air cooler pressure tested. thats a good place to start. also,check the fuel pressure check valve.its under the valve cover at the rear of the engine.you can remove it and drill it outand replace it but i cannot remember what size drill bit to use... good luck..

It's possible that the injectors were not calibrated to the ECM or the injector height was not set with the new install. Check to be sure these things were done.
