basically all chance. The only thing you can do to increase your odds of winning anything is to get access to more cards, whether through purchase or negotiation with other players to split any winnings fairly. For example, the actual winner gets 80% of prize while the teammate gets 20%.

I think that bingo is mostly a game of luck, which is probably what many people count on so they know they have a chance to win. I found a great article on how you can improve your chances, however.
