yes, marrgage is the fastest way to citizenship. be ready for paperwork, and possibly an interview to see if your only reason to get married is to live here. any proof that you have been in touch for a while can help.

I married a Canadian and we lived in the states for awhile. She was in the process of getting immigrated into the USA. She was required to provide all the information as any other person filing for immigration. We were about half-way through the process when we decided it was more advantageous to live in Canada. I was able to receive my Landed Immigrant papers in less than a year. You are probably still working which can make things more difficult. We were both retired.
