Ex wifey has decided to sell her farm Im standing there in a suit looking stupid like she told me to . The realestate agent kept talking to me as if its my property it was her fathers farm not mine. He did say he will get $50k more money than the other agents shes had around and negotiated a contract that he gets a $1k bonus for every $10k past the number he said it will sell for.. Who you think she will pick the money man or one of the nice low ballers?
