  • In a free country, it's none of your business what religious people preach. People on Answerbag can see how ridiculous you sound, since you don't see me preaching to you. The Bible instructs Christians not to cast our pearls before swine. *Facepalm* 🤦

On a side note: I should flag your question for Nonsense, but I won't. People need to see it.
    • Shadow Of The Mind
People need to read the truth and that’s not from religious people because religious people belong in their head and want their religious beliefs to be real which they can’t prove. In a free country, there is corruption among people. I know it’s not my business what people preach. What goes on in their heads is their own business but they don’t need to go forcing their views on others. People are naturally different in the real world. I would only sound ridiculous for religious people but I know I’m right in what I say and they don’t realise their own ridiculousness since religion is a fantasy that they don’t understand.

Once again, it should not be none of your business how religious people live and what they believe. Quote: "What goes on in their heads is their own business" You said it yourself, it's their own business, not yours. Quote: "but they don’t need to go forcing their views on others." I do not force my views on you. So you're just stirring the pot on Answerbag. LOL *Double Facepalm*

I know it’s not my business how they live and what they believe but they sure know how to spread their bull$hit around the world. I’m not affected by their ways and I live my own life so I can have head space. There are people in the world who want their own head space but there are those who like to dominate others trying to make non religious people see things their way which they will fail with me because I do my own thinking. I’m not against religious people. I see people for who they really are and not get inside their mind. Each individual is entitled to think for themselves but control freaks have a problem with that. I don’t force my views on you either. I respect the person but what goes on in their head is a different story because it can be dangerous to mind control anyone and there is no need to corrupt someone’s mind through brainwashing. I have a few acquaintances who are religious but when they speak religious, it’s in one ear and out the other ear. I’m not against you. Are we still online friends?

Again and again, it's not any of your business to worry about how religious people live or basically, what they choose to believe. Since you are not affected by religious people, then your tirade is meaningless. Quote: "Each individual is entitled to think for themselves" Exactly, and this is what me and everyone is doing. *Triple Facepalm*

Oh, we're friends, but don't expect to bash religious people and expect them not to defend themselves. Besides me, there are about 6-8 active religious people on Answerbag. For the record, I say this on 4/23/2024, and I have not seen any of them either forcing their views on you or what earthly people will say, effing with you.
    • Shadow Of The Mind
My question was referring to people outside of Answerbag. I’ve come across them in real life trying to eff with me when they forced their views so I avoid them to have my own head space.

Call the authorities. Harassment is a crime when it causes alarm, fear of harm or emotional distress.
    • Shadow Of The Mind
Ok. Thanks for letting me know
    • Jenny The Great ⭐
      Sure.
    • Urban Spaceman
It shouldn't be ANY of your business.
    • Jenny The Great ⭐
Urban Spaceman, it's my business, cause I'm religious. If you also find religious people annoying, then it is NONE of your business either to be concerned with religious matters. *Facepalm*

My defense is too strong. :D
  • Dark matter makes up the largest part of the universe, it cannot be seen, and only known through its gravitational effects. Still very little is known about it. Most of matter is made up of empty space. Very little people kill over the name of God, more to do with Landmass, culture and power. Over 100 million deaths in the most recent past have been caused by those with secular beliefs, absent of religion (stalin, pots, and Hitler, to name a few). The majority of those who have religious beliefs are non fanatical, and see if as a meaning to their life, hope, and a community based union. Religion for the most part is an outer ritual, with a few dedicated to a more mystical esoteric nature to improve the internal nature of man to raise himself above the animal, it should be the very opposite of hatred and destruction and more centred towards holiness and love. We do not live in a society that forces you to be religious, and the priesthood is older than kingship, it was there at the beginning of civilisation, most stories point to something that happened to us in the past.
  • This is a very narrow-minded and bigoted post. I agree with the lyrics of John Lennon's song "Imagine", but he didn't phrase it the way you do.
    • Jenny The Great ⭐
4/27/2024, "Imagine" this, John Lennon would have probably still been alive if had not mocked God in his famous bigger than Jesus scandal: "Christianity will go, It will vanish and shrink. I needn’t argue about that; I know I’m right and I will be proved right. We’re more popular than Jesus now. I don’t know which will go first - rock & roll or Christianity. Jesus was all right, but his disciples were thick and ordinary. It’s them twisting it that ruins it for me." Which will go first? Rock & Roll in the glory days of Woodstock and John Lennon on December 8, 1980. So nope, Christianity has not vanished or shrinked. On the contrary, Christianity continues to grow in the present day with 2.4 billion Christians.
