What do you call the type of puzzle indicated below?
I would like to get a book on how to solve these types of puzzles but I do not know what they are called.
EXAMPLE:
There are five men named Abe, Bob, Chuck, Don, and Ed.
They all live next door to each other on Elm Street.
They each own a dog of types xxx
Etc.
Don does not live next door to Ed.
Chuck has a bulldog.
Etc.
Who lives where and has what kind of dog and xxxxx
