  • My favorite? Eating! haha! Effective? "PUSH UP POSITION! HUT! DOWN! .... UP, DOWN! But the shape of your arm is often determined by genetics. Youtube has a lot of video workouts and most video workouts have decent arm portions. They most likely have some specific for the arms.

      for bulk you lift more weights with less repetitions. For long strong muscles you lift less weights with more repetitions. Try the youtube videos if you want to add weights just hold a bottle of water in each hand to start with while doing the video workouts.
