I was a parent in 1988, the year my daughter was born. I had a lot of wicker and rattan tables, etegers (sp?), etc. I was also very big into the Southwest look - pottery, coyotes, the colors - earthy, terra cotta, peachy, tourqouise stuff.

I'm curious, are you setting a stage for a play from that era?
