The only one I would consider is a permanent thin line of brown eyeliner. And only because my hand tremors sometimes prevent me from safely applying it manually. But I don't need it and probably wouldn't be willing to pay for it.

I would never suggest WHAT kind of tat to get, because it's a very personal thing. As for the where, that too is individual, but my personal favorite places are the inside of the wrist and the ankle. I have one on my hand, it's a flower. My best friend and I got matching tats on the same spot. She died 5 years ago, so it's become very symbolic to me.
