Do professors keep scan of our tests/exams?

Hello, so my professor input the wrong exam score for me and I have lost my exam paper. I have no proof to prove him my actual score. I know my professor probably had the wrong test score written in his book. So my question is do you think professors scan students tests for situations like this?
