Out in the country about 4 miles from a small village. There are 3 families that live up here on this hill. There are woods and streams and ponds all around. I grew up in the suburbs and lived at the beach but nothing beats the country for us.

We used to call it Rurbia - the suburban/urban/rural fringe of a large city. City is encroaching, but we still have ranches, vinyard, fruit groves, lakes, and large lots surrounded by a growing number of subdivisions. I can be in downtown Fresno in about 20-25 minutes.

I live in a small village just on the edge of a City, it is surrounded by countryside , so I have the best of both worlds.
