These are the two
-
Personally I like the one on the right. I don't prefer smaller bands. I always feel it's going to snap or come off and I won't even notice.
-
the one on the left comes in a thicker band too so i dont know which one its called a graduated side stone
-
Both are pretty, but i was attracted to the one on the right. The one on the left has a big stone but the band is thin, so it doesnt look too symmetrical. But its all a matter of aesthetics.I know you have asked this question to weigh the pros and cons of each ring, but im sure there is one you like better than the other and in the end, you will choose what pleases you. all the best and congratulations on your engagement.
-
i dont like stones in rings but in my opinion i would like to have the one in the left with thicker band.. it matches the size of the stone unlike the other one, it doest match the band is too thin for the stone.. though they both look pretty but the one i chose is prettier :P
-
If you could change the band a little bit thicker i would choose the one on the left. It's kinda' cute and so feminine. If your fiancee is as petite as me, the left one is right for her. However if she has a large size of fingers, the right looks good for her. =)
-
The one on the right is beautiful & looks more elegant & 'lasting' -for lack of a better word. It looks like it is not only stronger, but the style will always be classy. The one on the left, I think, is trendier.
-
Pick the one that isn't a blood diamond. You don't want that kind of karma.
-
unless you specifically know what country (ie. canadaian diamonds) all the diamonds that come into the country are all pooled into one so you never know what diamond you are getting could be from any one of the countries in the world
-
The right one. It's classier, more elegant, and more of a shape that is timeless.
-
Just make sure you get a good husband, tbe ring can be stolen by a bandit but if you get a decent, loving man that will serve you better. I don't wear any rings so I cannot give you any guidance, it would be hypocritical.
-
Right one is the nicest :)
-
I like the one on the left much more. It's more unusual than the one on the right and it has ''something'' about it. I've seen loads like the one on the right and it just looks ''safe''.
-
I would choose the one on the left, if it's for yourself. I think it's more 'feminine' than the other one, imo. :-)
-
Most defo the one on the right, pretty, glam, elegant and very nice, but most importantly not O T T. Where have you seen it, I want one!!:)
-
I like the one on the left, it's unusual. The one on the right is beautiful, but it looks like every other wedding ring I've seen.
-
Left one. The right one is too typical looking.
-
I like the one on the right, but not if its going to kill youre fiance to pay for it. Its a special occasion, so money should be spent, just not a riduculous or inconsiderate amount. That is a beautiful ring though =]
-
The one on the right is a beautiful ring.
-
I like the one on the left.
-
The one on the right (picture 2) is really nice!
-
I like the one on the left. The thin band (to me) looks more elegant. They are both beautiful rings though! Congrats on the engagement ;)
-
I like both, but favor the one on the right. Let us know when you get the ring, and when the wedding date is. Congrats! Also, just a tip: find out if either one or both has a matching wedding band, or if you will need to have one made, and that you like how both rings look together. My daughter had a bit of a problem, and had to have a custom band made.
-
Both are gorgeous, but you may need a custom wedding band especially for the one of the left.
-
Life's full of tough choices, isn't it? May all your life choices be like this one. The one on the right rocks. Get it? Rocks?...Diamonds? I crack myself up! Thank you, ladies and gentlemen. I'll be here all week. Tip your waitresses. Good night!
-
I like the one on the right. Congrats on the marriage!
-
Take the best stone, regardless of size.
-
Both are beautiful, but my preference is the one on the right.
-
I prefer the ring on the right.
-
It really matters more to you and her than us but i like the one on the right
-
Well... I'm not a fan of Diamonds (I have an emerald myself) but I like the one on the Left. It's very vintage.
-
Well... I'm not a fan of Diamonds (I have an emerald myself) but I like the one on the Left. It's very vintage.
-
I prefer the one on the right, myself.
-
I like the ring on the right.
-
I don't know much about rings (probably cause I'm a guy) but I like the one on the right, I don't know why but the ones with the really thin bands look weird and remind me of those 25 cent plastic rings.
-
go with the right one. its not as nice as the one my fiance brought me :-),but its a very nice ring
-
ooh the one on the left!! its lovely
-
they are both nice rings but i prefer the one on the right.
-
Maybe it just the way they are posed in the shot, but I really like the one on the right. Nice pick with the silver (or white gold or whatever)
-
Gosh they are both so beautiful but i favor the one on the left - it's quite unusual and very nice.
-
First of all, CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR ENGAGEMENT!! Second of all, my answer: I personally like the one on the right the best.
-
Absolutly love the one on the right. very pretty, very classy. congrats. I like the band better too. wider is better.
-
I'd go for the one on the right (ring number 2). Its much nicer, and i am not a fan of BIG ROCKS!
-
right one
-
I don't even think you should decide on the physicality of the ring. Maybe you can look at it like, "What means more to my heart".
-
ohhh! who's the luckey girl??!!! i say right!
-
The one on the right is the one I would choose. Its gorgeous.
-
2nd one
-
I favor the one on the right
-
The one on the right - very classic.
-
I like the one on the right..I think it will stand the test of time and not go out of style.
-
I like the one on the right! Good luck!!
-
I like the one on the right!
-
ok from a males view point I would pick the one on the right ...I think the wedding ring would sit much better with it
-
The one on the right......
-
I'd prefer the one on the left..it has a timeless elegance to it. (a very vintage look) I love that! Im not a fan of thicker bands because I dont like the feel of it on my finger. The one on the left also looks like a Tiffany legacy diamond..if it is I'd go with it because of the quality of the stone. Both are gorgeous.
-
Congratulations! Honey, I like them both. You are the one who is going to wear it for the rest of your life. So you choose.
-
The one on the right would be my choice. It looks like it will "go" better with a matching wedding ring. It's your choice. Our answers are just OUR opinions. YOU will be the one wearing it! ;-)
-
I like the one on the left. Thats exactly what I would pick because the small band is feminine and because of the fact it might go out of style. I wouldnt want a common ring. Its very 1920's and so sparkly.
-
the one on the right. good luck!
-
I like the second one best. Which one did you decide on? I see this is an older question.
-
the left one has a unique antique-y look to it i like it much better
-
the one on the left.
-
i love pic 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
the one on the right
-
I like the first one. It seems more classic to me. I would choose it, especially if you have slim fingers. The other seems more modern and trendy.
-
Let him pick, its more special that way...who would want to pick out their own ring?
-
i like the one with the thicker band - the second one. but i agree with someone else that it will be special if he picks it.
-
Hard to tell from the pics, but you might want to try on and see which one catches on stuff more. My wife has a ring that she rarely wears because it's constantly ruining clothes and drawing blood. Beauty only goes so far if you are afraid to wear it.
-
they are both beautiful either one would be perfect
-
When picking an engagement ring one has to consider what other rings if any will be worn next to it. If it is part of a set and the matching wedding ring and anniversary band are specially designed to fit into the special shape of the ring keep in mind that if you intend on having the matching bands you have to buy them now. They may not be available a couple years from now when you want them AND if you wait and have to have them specially made they`ll cost a fortune. If you want your husband to wear a matching band to yours you should look for a ring with a straight shank so that most regular rings can fit closely to the engagement ring. Best bet is to have the jeweler show you wedding rings and try them together to see how they look. You may not like how the butt together. Hope this helps!
-
They are both beautiful, but the one on the left is absolutely beautiful- antique-looking, delicate but strong. Congrats! I'm jealous... ;)
-
I like the first one
-
I like the one on the right, but they are both beautiful! Just pick the one that is more her and you think she would like more.
-
I like the one on the right. More traditional. But shouldn't he be picking it out? Congrats!
-
I like the one on the right better.. there both pretty.
-
The one on the right. Looks more like an engagement ring. The one on the left looks more like a dinner ring.
-
the right one
-
Right one. Although I'm assuming you've picked by now.... Which did you go for?
-
Oh my goodness they're both so beautiful!! Which one did you get? And congratulations :):):)
-
wow both are gorgeous but i think she would like the 1st one better
-
The second one
-
if you have fat fingers go for the split shank princess cut , if not for for the diamond incrusted simple Radiant cut it is more classy and elegant then the split shank!Good Luck and Congrats!
-
i like the second one better
-
The second one is wow
-
i think the second one no doubt.
-
The 2nd one WOW!!
-
for sure the 2nd one!!!
-
I like the first one. (but then again that is that style I've always wanted. lol)
-
I really love the one on the left. Although I love thick bands...this would look stunning paired with a thick wedding band! I love the left one b/c it looks "antiqi" not exactly trendy as some people said. The one on the right I've seen over and over again, and I think depending on the hand and fingers, may look gaudy. It's all personal choice.
-
Ring one def
-
the one on the right will be much easier to pair a wedding band with
-
Oooooh they are both pretty but I think I like the one on the right best. Good Luck :O)!
-
Both are lovely, but the first one is a bit over the top. If I were choosing, I'd go with the second. Of course, you should choose whichever one you like best.
-
The ring on the left is the best choice. The ring on the ring looks too manly and not feminine enough for an engagement ring. Is this for Lonelydragon?
-
I like the one on the right best. It has class and will not go out of style. JMO :-)
-
WELL IF U HAVE SMALL HANDS TAKE THE THIN ONE, AND THE BIG RING FOR BIG HANDS. JUST REMEMBER U HAVE TO LEAVE SPACE FOR THE BANDS. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. GOOD LUCK...........
-
can you have a third choice? I like the one on the left because it looks more femine but the band is too thin. I don't like the one on the right. it looks to masculine and angular for my taste.
-
The first one is how I've always pictured my dream ring to look like. It's a beautiful cut, and very unique. I find that the wider bands look chunky.
