  • I remember playing that game Rules are put your head down on the table in class and stick your thumb up... 7 people would walk around the room and each of them would choose one person who would then put their thumb down. The people who put their thumb down then had to guess who chose them. As for me, I would always put my head in arms in a way that I could look straight at the ground and see whose shoes belonged to the one who would choose me. hehe... Good times.
  • Wow does that ring a bell! But I can't remember a thing about it except the name, and the dead certainty that I played it.
  • Yes I do remember! Awesome game for any age... OK 7 kids are chosen to go to the front of the room! It can be more or less depending on class size. But its supposed to be 7. (We usually played 5 up in my italian class because 7 was half my class...) Then everyone not up front puts there "Heads down, thumbs up!" as someone usually declares from the front of the room... So all the kids put there head down on there desk and stick their thumb up and put it on the desk like they were going to have a thumb war or something. Then when everyone has there heads down the students go through and select one student and pushes that person's thumb down. Then return to the front. After everyone is done and to the front. Someone usually declares, "Heads up, seven up." and everyone puts their heads up and the seven who were chosen stand up... Those 7 now have to decide which of the 7 kids pushed their thumb down... if they get it right they get to be up and the kid that pushed their thumb down sits down... if they get it wrong they just sit down and the person that pushed his/her thumb down is safe... the kids don't say who pushed who, unless someone guesses correctly til the end after eveyone has guessed... The only thing I can't remember is if we gave kids more then one try to get the person right... Hope that helps!
