  • It may be that you are overstressed. It could happen. Be careful and take some time for yourself....like going for a weekend break somewhere. Relax a little. Go out and have fun with friends. Because if you don't it might get worse and it could lead you to depression. Good luck. Wish you lots of health.
  • yes stress can be some of the problem not knowing if you work and what job you might do ,as sometimes work can get the better of us and if you work hard and get over tired then that really does not help us .maybe a weekend away somewhere nice to relax and a change of scenery may help only suggestions .
  • Sounds very much like Depression. That isn't a bad thing and it isn't your fault. The best thing to do is to see your doctor before it gets worse, if you let it get worse, it really really will. You will not feel better over night and will take time. But with medication your feelings could get under control and you may start to feel happy again. But please don't think you can deal with it alone, depression is a very strong feeling and many people won't try to understand and just say it will get better, but alone, it won't.
  • You have received some great advise here so far munchkin. All I can tell you is surround yourself with friends and family for support, think positive, maybe try using a Mantra or Yoga for some relaxation. Get out and do something you would not normally do ie. a change of pace if you will. Remember that you are special and gifted, never put yourself down. I am sure you have a lot to offer others. Put yourself in your special place in your mind. I hope this helps Angel. +5 Peace, Jonathan PS You can e-mail me if you like.
  • Do you know what the source of your sadness is? If so, do you have the strength to face it? If you don't know what it is, go see your doctor and maybe they can help. Or talk t one of your best girlfriends. If you know what it is but can't deal with it alone, call some friends to your side. I also suggest getting out of the house with friends as much as you can. Go and do things that bring you joy and laughter. What are some things you find enjoyable? Write a list of things that bring you joy, and go and do them, even if you don't feel like it. A wonderful technique for fighting depression is to simply say these phrases to yourself over and over again: I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you. Say the phrases in any order you wish and switch the order around from time to time. Please forgive me, thank you, I love you, I'm sorry
