Every fall/winter, I gain 5-10 pounds. Every spring, I lose 5-10 pounds. All without trying or changing activity or food intake. So I guess the answer would be, in the last 5 years, I have gained 25-50 pounds and in the last 5 years, I have also lost 25-50 pounds.
-
Nothing still 55 kg since then :)
-
I have stayed "steady" and "on target"!
-
Not enough, maybe 4 pounds of muscle and i have been lifting weights for the last 5 years.

Except when I tried to stop smoking once...when I gained some 62 pounds in fifteen months! I was totally disgusted with myself --for more than that reason-- but I started smoking again, and those pounds melted off fairly quickly...and I returned to being the nicer person that I normally am. Five years ago, however, my S/O entered the advanced stage of his Alzheimer's disease, which included delusions and hellucinations. He had to be hospitalized for two weeks to bring things under control. It was a stressful and frightening period for me...and I lost some 22 pounds, running back and forth to the hospital and dealing with his "recovery" after bringing him home. I've regained about ten of those pounds...but I'm still about five pounds below my high school weight. I'm happy with that. All is well here, by the way. We're back to "normal"...well, he is, anyway. :-) +5, nmc...and a good day t'ya.

absolutely none. in fact i have lost about 10 lbs. and before that i was almost the same weight for almost 25 years give or take a 2 lbs.
-
none and really i have lost weight i now weigh 111 lbs
-
I'm not exaggerating but I gained 80 pounds. Five years ago, I was 5'8", and 260 pounds. Now, I am 5'9" and 340 pounds. I gained with a combination of muscle and fat by lifting heavy, and eating like an animal. I am bigger and stronger than I have ever been and still have some flexibility. I am not a bodybuilder. I like having muscles. Five years ago, if someone told me that I ate like a horse, I was eating a lot. Now, if someone tells me I eat like a horse, I was just snacking.

I've gained over 16 pounds in the last few months. I needed to, I was borderline underweight.

None really. Been around 185 pounds for a good 10 years now. Lots of exercise and healthy food! (with the odd indulgence or three).
-
A few kilogram. But its all pure muscle baby!

I gained something like 22 pounds, then lost it. Carrying novels from classroom to classroom is quite a chore.

About 10-12 pounds, but I was too skinny so I'm not concerned about it.
