The sex part sounds like A.) it's either making up for the pain of dishonesty, or the yearning for someone you feel is "fully there" and in love. Obviously you must have some feeling of love if it hurts, but you probably also resent them for their dishonestly. I'd postpone sex/giving all of you away, until you and your heart agree that this person fully deserves it. There's no need for lies, in a relationship your lover should be your best friend that you can confide in as well.
