  • It isn't the skin itself that is unhealthy, it is the fat attached to the skin. If you roast a chicken so that the upper skin is nice and crispy, that part is healthier to eat than the soft skin on the underside which still has some fat attached.

  • I don't care. I'm eating it. Yes, food should be about nutrition, but there are limits. Eat less meat, eat less bacon, even eat less chicken skin, if that's what you want to do. But that doesn't mean never eat it. As for me, I'm not even cutting back.
