Last night. My daughter did an awesome job at the cavalcade along with the rest of the band members. I always tell her I'm proud of her, but sometimes special moments stick out more. :)

Only about a week ago, to be accurate. It was my nephew. He just got promoted to sergeant E-5, USMC. He just finished a tour in Iraq. He has decided to make a career of it. They want him to be an instructor. Hey, nephew, whatever you feel. You are one of my favorite people,..you know that. I respect your decision whatever you choose.

This morning. Hubby went to store for mayo and lunch meat. Mayo rang up too high. He caught it and pointed it out. Store policy- if price rings high you get it free. So we got free mayo. Proud of him for paying attention.

Yesterday. My daughter. She is 10. I must enter a password for her to use the laptop. She still turns around so she cannot see what the password is.

Last week I believe... I told my close friend that I was proud of her for standing up to another friend of hers who had been taking advantage of her. She had always just taken what her friend said to her and didn't do much about it. I'm proud she stood up for herself.
