My pc is about 5yrs old. the video card is nvidia geforce 5200fx 256mb. i would love to upgrade to a better card or the best i can get. can i run newer cards? if not what do i need to know in order to get the best video card for my pc?

I have a integrated intel graphics media accelerator 3100 card and bought a ge force 8400gs to use for dual monitors... can I install the ge force card without removing the 3100 card? are there any tricks to installing it?

My computer freezes when playing World of Warcraft. I have no idea why. Currently running with a nvidia geforce 6200 oc vid card. I clean it out weekly, defrag bi weekly. Only started doing this about 2 months ago when i had to reformat.
