Do all cats adjust to a new cat in the home? How long does it take?

Yes they do.When i got my cat, a few months later i got another cat.The first cat i had hated the new one and it took her weeks and weeks to get use to the new cat. The only time when they got along was when i got two pieces of string and played with them together. I think it helped them to get to know each other.Until one of them died, they got along fine after that. heck they even started cuddling together!!!

depends on the pet. some a week or 2, others months.
