there may be a cheaper option of just giving them weponds, suppy's and construction contracts. Then send thme to thier home villages and if they manage to over thogh there govermant then we can anex of their lands and give them full Brittish rights

No they have proven themselves more than some of the dross that are coming to Britain and getting citizenship.
