The title of the song is "Tighter, tighter" - originally recorded/released in 1970 by "Alive & Kicking". Not sure who the singer is in the Kohl's commercial - but my GUESS is Holly Conlan.

I came here to find out who remade it too. Then I went on a search. Its Tighter, Tighter by Deanna Bogart. The song is on her New Address album. I was able to find it on Amazon and itunes.
