    Photoshop CS2 is a more updated version. In other words you have more features in it. I'm not sure what the exact features are because i've only been using photoshop since CS. But yes basically the "7.0" an "CS2" are the different versions.

    -The warp tool -Vanishing point -New filters -Spell check (im not sure i think 7 has it too) and a bunch new more features.
