It varies widely. I may not be reminded for weeks or months at a time, then recall a few salient memories several times in one day. This is based more on stimulae beyond my control, such as the questions of others, than on my own thought patterns. Does that make me weird? ;-)

My past is an integral part of who and what i am. I reflect on and consider it on many occasions as a means of touching base with myself. As long as i breathe, my past will be a part of me .. and i acknowledge myself .. by acknowledging it :)

Pretty often, sweet gabby. As you get older, you think about it more. I have a lot more past than you, so I prob think about it more than you do. But, you can't live in it. I live very much in the present. I have no choice. But, the past is often sweet to dwell on when you have the time.
