Having the ability to feel love or act in a loving way towards another person. Psychopaths do not have the mental capacity to love anyone, because they genuinely cannot understand why anyone comes close to being as important as them. On its own that doesn't make them bad people, they just don't get it. If someone told you you don't have the capacity to love, basically they called you full of yourself and blindly selfish.
