  • Problem is, the earth isn't flat either ; )
  • dinosaurs were the pets of gods, but gods were too busy making stuff like mountains & rivers they forgot to feed them so they all died off of course no one knows this & this is the first time ive told this secret to anyone, so keep it to urself & leave evryone else guessin i love ur theory tho lol
  • gods big mistake i think .Whats up wiv you then hiding from me ?
  • God created the dinosaurs but Lord only knows why. They weren't around when men wrote the Bible so they got left out.
  • Well, you are on the right track in my opinion. The earth existed before man, obviously and there were life forms existing before man. Animals were already in place by the time Adam was created. Before Adam the scriptures say God prepared the earth. It does not say how long, so this could be billions of years so Dinosaurs could have taken a large part in the preparation. Like before the European settlers came to inhabit the western US thousands of buffalo roamed he plains eating and so on. Large animals keeping the landscape down.
  • According to the genealogies in the bible, the earth was created by god about 6,000 years ago. However, dinosaurs have been proven scientifically to have been around a long, long time before that. Ergo, god didn't create dinosaurs.
  • He may have. Hard to say. Hard to say what happened to them either. My lame theory is that the ones that didn't die were really stupid and wandered off the edge of the earth.
  • My middle school taught us that man and dinosaur walked together, that noah took them on the ark, even, but that they died when the climate changed after the flood.* They also told us that Native Americans were thrilled to go to schools where they learned about the one true god, and cloning was wrong because clones would be raised by the state and never know the love of their creator god, so take it for what it's worth. *(Edit) They mention the book of Job, where god talks to Job about how he created the Behemoth and the Leviathan, and Job knew what these creatures were. They said that the Behemoth fits the description of a brontosaurus, and the Leviathan any various sea dinosaur like a plesiosaur. Yes, it breathes fire, but there are gaps in dinosaur skulls that have not had their purpose determined and this might be where they stored chemicals that burst into flame when exhaled, like some beetles have. My response to this, even at the time, was "Uh, sinuses? If they didn't have the holes, their heads would weigh like 200 pounds?" (/edit)
  • Well, the first part of the Book of Genesis is very hard to take literally. Some take it as an allegory, especially with Adam/Eve/Serpent. If you see the First Six Days of Creation as Undetermined (to us) Periods of Time, rather than 24-hour Human days, it begins to make sense.
  • They were created to flatten the earth?! What does that even mean?! I actually posed this question to my Rabbi - he replied that God experimented with dinosaurs before the time of Adam and Eve.
  • God realized that the dynos were WAY too big and clumsy. In order to feed them he'd have to get a second job and he didn't want to do that. So, he wiped 'em all out and tried to pretend like it never happened (that's why they aren't in the bible). The only thing was, he was kinda lazy and just swept all their remains under some dirt. He didn't figure on people digging up his old mess. . Now he's really embarrassed. . +5
  • I believe that they were created, however their actions of killing seems to point to Satan's influence. People don't seem to use common sense while reading the Bible. Can you imagine how confused the human race would be at the time of writing Genesis if God told them everything that he had done prior to the Earth? It's mind boggling. God gives us a brief summary of the past, what matters to us today. Genesis clearly states that the Earth was in existence before the 6 days of creation, but it doesn't say what happened in it's span of existence prior to the creation God made for us. These are just my views.
  • did you miss the mammoth creatures in the bible.
  • 1) obviously, they didn't succeed 2) "creationists often identify the behemoth with sauropod dinosaurs. Other creationists refer to "behemoth" as Brachiosaurus, since the Bible says in Job, "He is the chief of the ways of God." Meaning he is the largest animal God created. " Source and further information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Young_Earth_Creationism#Palaeontology_and_dinosaurs 3) my personal views: - Evolution produced the dinosaurs - Science discovered their existence - God is a non necessary hypothesis - the Bible has nothing to do with science
  • Great theory! God's DIY Earth Improvement! My theories are as follows: Assuming Christianity is correct, I don't see why Satan couldn't have planted fake dino bones to try to disprove the Bible. Of course, my overall (atheist) theory is that, for the most part, dinosaurs created dinosaurs.
  • A T-Rex Bone was found in the late 1990's with red blood cells still intact. This did not last for 65 million years. That was the finally straw for me. Even though I use to believe they died millions of years ago, that concept has become ridiculous to believe now in light of the evidence. Even if evolution is true thousands of men definitely saw dinosaurs! You won't find the word Dinosaur in the bible for the same reason you don't find the word email, or computer. The KJV bible was written in 1611. The word "dinosaur" was invented in 1841. More then 200 years later. Creationist believe Dinosaurs had a name prior to going extinct. they were called Dragons. Many dragon stories sound like myths but many also describe animals that sound a lot like know types of dinosaurs. Job (referring to the behemoth) does seen to be describing a sauropod Dinosaur. No other animals alive today has a "tail like a cedar". But that's just one reference. Dragons are mentioned more then 25 times in the bible. Some of which sound like dinosaurs. And the "dragons" are often compared to other animals we know were "real" creatures so the text doesn't make sense if the author thought a dragon wasn't real. There is a lot of evidence that man and Dinosaurs have lived together. One of my favorite examples is the clay figures found in Acambaro Mexico. They depict man with dinosaurs and even some in domesticated type relationships like riding a triceratops. Similar to the way people ride elephants today. As you can imagine this was extremely distasteful for evolutionist so their knee jerk reaction was "this is a fraud"! However there attempts to disprove it backfired and it is now about as confirmed as any thing could possible be in archeology. Clay pottery can be dated with thermo luminescent dating, and they turned out to be several thousand years old. According to evolutionary teaching we have only know about dinosaurs for the last 150 years or so. So they are definitely too old to be fakes. This along with an extreme investigation process (this is a big deal) they were authenticated. All of a sudden the evolutionist didn’t want to talk about it any more. They also depict things we didn't know about in the 1940's when they were found. Like dermal frills on the dinosaurs backs. We didn't know dinosaurs had that feature until the late 1990's when fossilized dinosaur skin was found. This discovery 60 + years later give greater confirmation to their accuracy. Who ever made these figures had seen a live dinosaur. Also many unfossilized Dinosaur bones have been found. Some with blood and skin tissue attached. There are 1200 animals on the endangered species list. I think it is ridiculous for a scientist to make an absolute statement like "no man has ever seen a dinosaur". You can’t prove a universal negative. But the opposite is easy to prove. There are animals today that are going extinct that our grand children will never see. This idea is based on philosophy not science. You can see and read more stuff about this at http://www.createddinos.com/page5.html This one explains what has actually been proven. Its good for the atheist and the Christians I think. and http://www.bible.ca/tracks/tracks-acambaro.htm This website talks about how the figures spoken of above where verified. So Yes God created dinosaurs!
  • Yep! He did it then killed them off so we could have fossil fuel. mr Bill
  • i was always told if you wanna know something ask! So what don't you ask HIM yourself!
  • Job 40:15-24 King James Version (KJV) 15 Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox. 16 Lo now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the navel of his belly. 17 He moveth his tail like a cedar: the sinews of his stones are wrapped together. 18 His bones are as strong pieces of brass; his bones are like bars of iron. 19 He is the chief of the ways of God: he that made him can make his sword to approach unto him. 20 Surely the mountains bring him forth food, where all the beasts of the field play. 21 He lieth under the shady trees, in the covert of the reed, and fens. 22 The shady trees cover him with their shadow; the willows of the brook compass him about. 23 Behold, he drinketh up a river, and hasteth not: he trusteth that he can draw up Jordan into his mouth. 24 He taketh it with his eyes: his nose pierceth through snares. behemoth : noun 1. an animal, perhaps the hippopotamus, mentioned in Job 40:15–24. 2. any creature or thing of monstrous size or power: http://www.dictionary.com/browse/behemoth Isaiah 27:1 "In that day the Lord with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea." http://www.strangescience.net/stsea2.htm
  • God's Power Shown in Creatures Job 41 "1 Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or his tongue with a cord which thou lettest down? 2Canst thou put an hook into his nose? or bore his jaw through with a thorn? 3Will he make many supplications unto thee? will he speak soft words unto thee? 4Will he make a covenant with thee? wilt thou take him for a servant for ever? 5Wilt thou play with him as with a bird? or wilt thou bind him for thy maidens? 6Shall the companions make a banquet of him? shall they part him among the merchants? 7Canst thou fill his skin with barbed irons? or his head with fish spears? 8Lay thine hand upon him, remember the battle, do no more. 9Behold, the hope of him is in vain: shall not one be cast down even at the sight of him? 10None is so fierce that dare stir him up: who then is able to stand before me? 11Who hath prevented me, that I should repay him? whatsoever is under the whole heaven is mine. 12I will not conceal his parts, nor his power, nor his comely proportion. 13Who can discover the face of his garment? or who can come to him with his double bridle? 14Who can open the doors of his face? his teeth are terrible round about. 15His scales are his pride, shut up together as with a close seal. 16One is so near to another, that no air can come between them. 17They are joined one to another, they stick together, that they cannot be sundered. 18By his neesings a light doth shine, and his eyes are like the eyelids of the morning. 19Out of his mouth go burning lamps, and sparks of fire leap out. 20Out of his nostrils goeth smoke, as out of a seething pot or caldron. 21His breath kindleth coals, and a flame goeth out of his mouth. 22In his neck remaineth strength, and sorrow is turned into joy before him. 23The flakes of his flesh are joined together: they are firm in themselves; they cannot be moved. 24His heart is as firm as a stone; yea, as hard as a piece of the nether millstone. 25When he raiseth up himself, the mighty are afraid: by reason of breakings they purify themselves. 26The sword of him that layeth at him cannot hold: the spear, the dart, nor the habergeon. 27He esteemeth iron as straw, and brass as rotten wood. 28The arrow cannot make him flee: slingstones are turned with him into stubble. 29Darts are counted as stubble: he laugheth at the shaking of a spear. 30Sharp stones are under him: he spreadeth sharp pointed things upon the mire. 31He maketh the deep to boil like a pot: he maketh the sea like a pot of ointment. 32He maketh a path to shine after him; one would think the deep to be hoary. 33Upon earth there is not his like, who is made without fear. 34He beholdeth all high things: he is a king over all the children of pride."
  • 6-6-2017 God made ducks to stamp out forest fires. Then He made dinosaurs to stamp out flaming ducks.
