Of Mice and Men was an excellent adaptation from the book, it's one of my favourites. I also really love The Messenger. Those kind of historicals are usually very poignant and tragic, and The Messenger doesn't fail. It's dark and depressing, I totally love it. Also gotta love that canon scene, lol.

Being John Malkovich, Of Mice and Men and My personal favirote is The Man in the Iron Mask he wasn't the main character per se but he was on of my favorites.
