Vicious? Neither is vicious. Vicious implies a degree of evil that animals lack.

A tiger, by far! Leopards are a lot smaller than people imagine them to be. They are loners and will go out of their way to avoid you, while a tiger is busy sizing you up as a meal. In captivity, exotic breeders have all told me that a jaguar is the most unreliable, and will attack often and with no provocation.

It's a toss up, A leopard would be more aggressive but a Tiger more powerful.
