I cannot say for sure but there does seem to be a small group of people that are always aware of who is reaching a new level. I have trouble keeping track of myself :)
-
i dont know but if i find them i'll break their fingers...somehow!!! >:P
-
caring, understanding-of-others-feelings ppl :D
-
I can't reveal names.... How about a hint? Quack, quack...
-
People who are grubbing for points.
-
It's not me. All that level-reaching, point-reaching stuff completely passes me by. I haven't even asked a question since May! Hahaha! Am I just about useless or what? Maybe some day I'll ask another question, just for kicks. Hi Sweet T!!! :-)
-
I don't know. I never think about it, but I think of it as something sweet when I see someone has asked one. It's okay with me if they get points. Over the past year I have only done a very few, maybe three, and at least one of them was negged today.
-
hi sweet T, babieeeeeeeeee ... you do ... LoLz ... ^_^
-
People with no lives and less sense?
-
Just confess, Sweet T, that you're trying very hard to break my record :)

MN is a Ninja duck.
-
I don't have a clue, But I do answer some;)!!
-
not me for sure, but i usually answer to be freindly.
-
I dunno, but I'm tied for the least :)
-
I'd love to ask more for my friends who are moving up the ranks but I never seem to get the chance because of those who appear to stand guard at their profile pages waiting to pounce much like the meter maid hiding behind the tree waiting for a meter to expire;)
-
I dont really look whos asked them just who they are for, to be honest.:-)+
-
I don't know actually. Usually a 'best' friend will ask the question to call attention to some accomplishment. I appreciate that a lot. I haven't noticed if such questions come from a few people..some people have a lot more friends than others, so it makes sense that they would be asking more such questions! Happy Friday! :) ((hugs))
-
At this time last year I would have said Kevin. Now it appears to be MN Ducky.
-
I've only really asked two, so it's not me! I personally do not like them too much.
-
Probably Mother Teresa, for she had genuine concern for the welfare and happiness of others.
-
Not too sure exactly who. I do see that a lot of these questions are NOT asked by friends. Note to serial congratulators: if you are not friends with the person you are asking the question about, you probably shouldn't ask it. It's tacky and points greedy.
-
Usually all the WRONG people, they aren't close or friends to the person. I know there have been some bad feelings in the past because someone was looking forward to be the bringer of great happy news and someone else that they rarely talk with did it instead.
-
I've done ONE! It was for my friend, and got a few negative remarks! I wasn't doing it as a point getter, I was doing it as a friendly gesture. I thought this site was supposed to be fun and informative.

Maybe Chris, it's really out in the open:D
