My 7 year old Granddaughter. She has such an infectious smile and wonderful personality you can't help but feel better.

Oh yeah. I have several people like that in my life, thank God. And they are all true Godsends.

I have a few friends that have seen me at my worst and they are remarkable at lifting my spirits. They know who they are but I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

My boyfriend does, because he's always so cheery and goofy lol.

Nope..when I'm depressed, which is very rare, I don't expect others to cheer me up..I work it out on my own by myself because I like to cheer others up and if I'm in a lousy mood that's not likely to happen! :)

Surprisingly, my 8-yr-old brother. He is a great kid who laughs and smiles all the time. He is just like me when I was his age so he reminds me that things are always brighter on the other side...

yes... My youngest son is a sunny funny bright beam of light and he can always make me laugh even when Im really down!

if it weren't for my seven year old son, i would've been committed after i lost my dad on 9/11. he was 6 weeks old and everyday from that point on he is my reason for going on. My godsend.

no one i know. i just have to work it out with myself...i was depressed recently for four weeks...then all of a sudden i realized there was hope. i am not depressed anymore. I dont even think about killing myself anymore.
