That depends on what's causing it. Have you recently started any new prescriptions? Otherwise zinc, protein, essential fatty acids and (believe it or not)iodine are all things that you can take in supplement form to help your hair.

To answer that question requires a significant amount of additional information. Factors that are specifically relevant are: age, stress, adequacy of diet, other health problems. The answers are quite different for a young girl undergoing complete alopecia (hair loss) due to anorexia than they are for an older man suffering from sebhorrheic dermatitis and male pattern baldness. If you can update, likely the information you are seeking can be provided.

I had hair loss problems do to an sensativity to sulfates and caramel coloring. However, every so often I would eat things containing these additives. The next day my hair would fall out in a hand full on my brush and strands would come loose all day long. By accident I tried chlorenergy for my easy bruising. It is a fine source of vitamin K and this stopped my bruising. As a GREAT SIDE Effect it also stopped my hair loss. Now I have wonderfull little fuzzy hairs all over my head where new hairs are growing out and not falling out before there time. I noticed the effect after about a week. Here is a link to more information.Do a search for Chlorenergy here. http://www.iherb.com I got my supply from my local health food store. But there seems to be many online health food sites that sell Chlorenergy. I hope this helps. By the way I am a woman and 43 years old, with no family history of hair loss.

hey hiiee.....There can be many reasons for hair fall....some of them can be due to Faulty hair...mental worries and lack of vitamins....sometimes it can be hereditary.....or due to unclean condition of scalp...if u go on changing your shampoos and conditioner then too you can have hair fall..... Not knowing the exact cause of hair fall i would suggest instead of directly using some chemical based product and then making the situation worst it would be better if you could try some of the natural remedies which would not harm your hair in any case. Some of the remedies that i can suggest are as follows: -Mix 2tbsp. amla (Indian goose berry), reetha and shikakai. Add egg and make it a paste. Apply this on scalp and massage well. After 25 min. rinse it off using a mild shampoo. Do this for three times a week. Use it for one month minimum. -Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk. Leave it for ½ hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week till hair loss decreases. - Boiling a few hibiscus flowers in coconut based oil, Filtering it and using it regularly can help control hair loss and thinning ... -In addition, you need to keep off from strong teas or coffee, pickles, as well as refined and processed foods. If still you feel that these tips are not helping you much, you may visit the link www.parachutetherapie.com wherein they have this natural therapie which grows your hair within 45 days and it is economical too….
