    That it has an infection. My dogs do that when they eat something from the trashcan

    Could be a few things. My dog threw up white foam once after eating alcaseltzer. It could be nothing, could be something really bad. When it comes to things like this it's best to see a vet, because by the time somebody here has answered your question your dog could be seriously ill, if not worse.
