I have dozens of projects that aren't finished. There are many reasons that happens. One is, I run out of a supply, or maybe I get bored, and decide to come back to it later. Sometimes it turns out the project is too difficult for me to finish. One project that got left undone was a sweater for my Mother, but she passed away before I finished it. I inherited dozens of projects when a friend moved away and left me her entire craft room full of partially completed work that she lost interest in when her husband committed suicide. I also have work that has been donated to me by people who are cleaning out their parents' estates. It's almost astounding how many crafters pass on with unfinished projects filling their houses, as I will when my time comes.
