I don't eat a complete or healthy enough breakfast. And yes I often find myself hungry at mid-morning.

I usually skip breakfast but I have some allergy medications I found out I have to take with food so ceral or toast here I come.

I'm never hungry in the mornings, but I force some food down so I don't get hungry later. It's hard to eat when you don't have the drive to, but it benefits in the end. When I dont eat breakfast, I get very hungry quickly and I get bad headaches, and I'm generally snappy and cranky to everyone until I get my next meal.

I eat breakfast if I am hungry in the morning, which is rare. I usually just have tea or coffee.

I usually only eat breakfast when I'm hungry even though I know it's healthy to eat a good breakfast.

My nutritionist has me eating 6 small meals a day. I eat half my breakfast when I wake up, the rest two hours later, same with lunch and dinner. This helps keep my diabetes under control. I do not have to take any medications for it.

I love breakfast. My husband and I have made it a family tradition that we always have a wonderful breakfast together each morning. And we've pretty much done that for 35 years. We wake up hungry and eager, usually cook something, sometimes good for us, sometimes just plain good:-)

Cafe con leche every morning. No matter what! Can we call that breakfast? No, I know it isn't. But I can't eat anything until mid-morning.

I always eat breakfast in the morning, since I am trying to lose weight. This helps prevent you from pigging out later in the day, when you don't need the energy as much.

Both...it's never good to skip breakfast. I learned that when trying to lose weight. You are more likely to over eat later if you skip breakfast. I can't eat a heavy breakfast really early in the morning, but I do at least have cereal or an english muffin.

Both. Without breakfast, body does not have the chance to early start the metabolism. I eat some fruits or vegetables, i dont like heavy breakfast.

Me either, I never eat breakfast. They say it's the most important meal of the day but all I want is Coffee when I wake up. I'm more of a "brunch" kind of person.
