A 2002 Chevy pickup. Driven all day no problems sat in drive way one hour won't start, boost won't start, on battery charger for 5 hours won't start

Not enough information. Will the starter engage and turn the engine over? I can only assume that the engine wont crank. If so, remove your battery terminals and check for corrosion first. Chevy products have side terminal batteries. Sometimes the battery cables and/or posts and bolts corrode. I dont care how long you try to charge a battery, if there is excess corrosion at the terminals,...it will never charge.

It could be a dead cell if it is not because of corroded posts. I know that where I am I have gotten 4 bad batteries in a row and not from the same place.
