You need to get the motor in the door replaced. you could grab the mirror and pull up if enough is sticking out. Then push up using the palms of your hands. But there is no guarantee it will stay up without the motor, so you might have to tape it in place.

You can't live with'm and you can't live without'm. You are going to have to visit a shop to fix it. Sometimes if the window is stuck down you have to get inside the door panel to lift the window and then somehow anchor it closed until you can fix it proper. I guess it depends on how it is made. You may have a belt or cable that keeps the pivoting lift in place.
