Grandfather, one friend, another friend, mom, dad, second grandfather, friend of mom-in-law: 7 and let's say plus 2 to represent let's say a couple more that I can't remember, since I know I must have been to more. So at this time my answer would be 9.
-
15..all family except 3
-
To many.
-
I only went to 3. My grandfather's, my friend's mom and my ex-husband's father's.
-
Too many. Any at all is too many for me......
-
I have only ever been to two. My great grandmother's, and one for my friend's mother and brother who were killed in the bridge collapse here in Minneapolis. That was a really tough one.
-
none
-
Minimum 10 and maximum about 15
-
Just the one, my grandmother's. I remember feeling scared when they lowered the coffin into the ground, because it was raining. She hated the rain.
-
It has to be around 120. I figure that I have gone to at least 3 a year over the past 40 years.
-
I've never counted and it's going to make me sad to think back on them all now...all the people who are gone from my life. My maternal grandmother came from a family of thirteen. She's now the only one left. I was close with all of those great aunts and uncles and went to all of their funerals, even the one that was on my sixteenth birthday. I've lost numerous younger cousins to car accidents and other mishaps. My senior year of high school there was a rash of suicides and drunken car crashes that took a number of friends and acquaintances. And a few years ago, my best friend was driving her family to a holiday skiing getaway and their car hit black ice and rolled into a ditch...Killed her mother and father and paralyzed her younger brother from the neck down. Do I really need to count them? :( It's got to be over thirty by now...
-
I don't keep count. Actually, I stopped going in the past two years. It doesn't do me much good and I figure that the family needs this time to be together. I just reflect on the person in my heart and value the live I still have, it's a sobering experience. I would say in my lifetime, probably about 50 or so.
-
Quite a few Im not sure how many.....when I was in the RAF I had to go to many funerals as part of my job...but on a more personal count thankfully only 3...but thats 3 too many :(
-
6 or 7. Three of those were family. The rest were my dads friends who died in the 9/11 attacks. He went to so many funerals that year...
-
too many. most were family but some were people I didn't really know.
-
Far too many, last year alone i went to 16, 5 of which were in the same month!
-
Far too many to count.
-
More than 30 easily.
-
To many
-
i have been to too many, and i've missed some i dearly wish i could've attended. family, old friends,co-workers,military buddies,it seems there were things i wanted to tell each of them and didnt get the time before it was too late. some of these people were taken away too early in life.those are the ones that hurt the most. i've always believed that everything in life has a reason, and it may seem cruel or unjust but, the reasons one day will be clear.
-
Only one. My grandpa's. It was a horrible experience and I refuse to go to any other funerals unless it's my sister's, god forbid. Richard Shines

Just my maternal grandfather's, i was 4 and I felt so awful because my mom gave me a white rose to put on his grave, and I accidentally gripped it too hard and broke it in half. He also had military honors and I was confused by all the shooting.

-

-
i am only 20 years old and i have been to 7. It should have been 9, but believe it or not my afterschool job when i was working at a supermarket would not let me have time of for 2 of the funerals! (i lost 6 friends in one accident, that is why it is such a big number)
-
Wat too many to even count.

4.
-
from what I can remember four or five but the most recent one I attend was my grandmother may 10th 2009 and I whish that I never had to
-
Can't remember the exact no. since birth but it must be over 20 in the last 5 years (including my own husband this past summer!). My aunt was saying that women must always keep a funeral dress ready when she hits 50 (I'm 51!) and I now realize the hard way that she is absolutely right. The sad fact is that ones tend to attend funeral more often with age and my observation is that it starts out at around late 40's.
-
Too many. +5

15 maybe more
