I eat breakfast everyday, i never used to but i have noticed my metabolism has sped up since i have, i eat 2 slices of wholemeal toast and a peice of fruit and that sees me through till midday though i do have a cereal bar for elevenses

Eat breakfast while working. Fruit usually does the trick. Had three oranges today, and they were delicious!

Yes, usually it is Cream of Wheat or hot Grape Nuts. I even sometimes mix the two together.

My health professor taught me oatmeal is the best breakfast anyone can eat it is so much better than eggs and bacon or pancakes or so many other tasty foods he professes especially if you want to lose weight oatmeal is hearty and excellent for our health but me no I am on the Atkins diet totally against everything he ever taught me yikes!

Every day, but I eat after I get to work. I have either cold, whole grain cereal or oatmeal.

I get up at 4 in the morning to go to work, so it is too early for me to eat anything.

I always do. I didn't before, but read up on how important it is. Not only is it good for your brain, it is also good for losing weight. I usually eat Weight Watchers oatmeal with a banana or some other type of fruit. I feel so much better.

Yes, I do. usually just cereal and juice. sometimes an english muffin with jelly.
