Since everybody comes from Africa, who should properly be called African-American? Is it only people who's ancestors left within the last 250 years? Or only people who's ancestors dealt with slavery? What makes someone African-something?

I think that if they've actualy lived in Africa, or have had an ancestor from Africa, then they should be called and African.
