Yes, and I don't understand why everybody hates them. Surely a sprout it just like a baby cabbage??

I love alfalfa sprouts as well as brussel sprouts.

Mung bean sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, brussels sprouts. I love them all. We sometimes have egg foo yung for breakfast and you can't make that without good bean sprouts. We eat them all the time, even sprout some ourselves.

I love brussel sprouts when they are cooked in a Velveeta cheese cream sauce.

As a kid they were my favorite, especially when paired with pork chops, mashed potatoes and applesauce. That's my fav childhood meal. They are still one of my favorites. I've grown them and enjoy finding stalks of them at the farmers market. They are great steamed, roasted, stir-fried, even in soup:-)

I never thought I did until I actually tried them a couple months ago. Same with asparagus. Turns out they are both yummy

Yes, actually I love them. Tried quite a few veggies others don't like, and ended up liking them myself, proofs you should always try things for yourself and not always listen to others.
