I don't like it to be below 25F, especially if it's windy.

-
Usually the mid 20's. I like the cold weather. :)
-

-
Zero or below zero.
-
Personally I hate anything under 60F. I hate cold weather. But for real anything under 40 is bad. Hiya Someone! WB
-
Zero or below 10 or below if there is a brisk wind
-
Below 10°...burrrr:P

Indoors or out? For outside, it has to be around 0° for it to be pretty cold for me but it's not UNbearable. Nearer to -10° or -20° NOW you're talking UNBEARABLE! Indoors, if it's around 54° you'll hear a little complaining from me but not too bad, just get that fire stoked up. If it's dropped to 44° I ain't getting out of bed until the temps rise.

40 degrees for me.
-
Around the freezing mark. Some Canadian Eh?
-
Anything colder than about 60 degrees. I know, I'm such a wimp.
-
I don't know. It changes I guess. I lived in Alberta, and got used to goin outside in -30 degree weather, but then I came back to the Pacific Northwest in the states and now I can hardly bear anything below 40 ferhenheit. And of course it has to do with what I'm wearing.
-
-15 degrees

I have lived in the Canadian Arctic and worked outside at -54°C, and was still quite comfortable in my thousand dollar electric coveralls and battery belt ... so it would have to be colder than that ... I like it when it is so cold you can spit into the air and watch as your spit freezes so fast it shatters in a frost heave explosion before your spit hits the ground. Propane starts to gel at only -43°C ... so to keep the gas flowing into the furnace, you actually have to go outside and light a fire under the propane tank ... just to keep the propane warm enough to flow through the hose and into the furnace ... there is a nice thought for all you warm southerners !!!

It depends what I'm wearing. If I have on jeans, t shirt, polo shirt, hoodie, thick padded anorak with hat and gloves, then well below freezing even standing still. If I don't want to look like an eskimo, then my lower limit for comfort is 35-40 walking and 45-50 standing in jeans, one t shirt and a hoodie.
