Depends. If you're wearing a dress with stockings, sometimes going pantyless is a necessity -- mostly to avoid the dreaded VPL. Of course, any time you're dressing that formal, you're conducting yourself like a lady and not wearing a micromini. Girls that wear microminis are fairly trashy anyway, from what I've seen, panties or no.

Depends on the length of the skirt and the time of the month. In the summer when it's hot here in Texas, and it's not my time of the month, I always were a mini skirt without panties. I'm also clean shaven. Dressing like this is one of the coolest feelings a woman can experience. Some of my most enjoyable quickies were when I was dressed like this.

Normally classed as trashy for me, as the other day a girl at my school was wearing a skirt with tan tights. She had her knees tucked under her chin and you could see her panties.
